After George Washington (True American Patriot) true President, it has been down hill ever since. This was an example of a true war a defensive war, not an offensive one. Our preamble to our now non used Constitution, states,"Provide for a common Defense", promote the general welfare at hand, secure the blessings of Liberty.

What ever happened to those words?
