It's unwise to dismiss the role of religion in the Ukraine War, including in the decades leading up to it. The vatican has lost control, yet they want the destruction of dirt on them by the KGB from the Cold War: catholic priests would take confession, then write a report for the KGB within the hour. People will recognise their names, those of their relatives, and the priest who betrayed them.

Tips: data stored in M2 (below Moscow) is too deep for nuclear attack;
the FSB could always have a remote backup, and;
Moscow cannot be conquered.
