Civilisations are groups that live by a set of agreed rules.
But a civilised civilisation does not accept rape and murder.
Jews and Christians make a fair attempt at the good old Ten Commandments.
African, Asians, Australasians, Indians & Indians not so much.
But ultimately, human beings are arseholes, we are all fucked.
