These people don't have mullets. Mullets are short on the top and sides. If you can't see the ears it's not a mullet.

DaveK's right. Mullets can be described as "business up front, party in the back". This is all party, back and front, like a coked-up hairdresser had their way with some poor bumpkins. Sigh.
