That sign needs to be put on either end of the New River Gorge Bridge in WV. The state had so many problems with illegal bungee jumping and BASE jumping from the bridge that they eventually just created a "Bridge Day" (October 15th) and opened it up to the public for a day. [www.nps.gov]
