Perhaps it's just a poor attempt at making a point, or joke. I never watched the show. But apparently it was on for 8 seasons. So I'm not sure what significance "E2" has. In each season, more or less, were new characters introduced in E2?
Or maybe it is just stupid, but on purpose.
