I don't know what Woberto's on about, but I prefer my bacon with the fat removed.

If you list the best inventions of all time, here are my nominations:

Bacon and egg roll. - yum!
Potato wedges. - yum!
Panadol. - increasing comfort.
Ceramics. - we no longer have to store our food in freshly killed animal skins that go off over four days. People now inherit pottery.
